In the custom order service, you will receive a template document (by email, or post if no email address is available) tailored to your requirements.  It may include examples of different designs, stitches and stitch patterns, materials etc.  
I endeavour to make each custom order a personalised experience for each customer.  

I aim to crochet and dispatch custom items within 10 days of the decision on the final design.  You will receive an email confirming the date the item is dispatched along with the tracking number (if sent by recorded post).

Payment of custom orders

You will receive an invoice by email with details of the item, price and postage and packing.  There will be a secure link in the email to pay via Paypal.  You may pay securely with Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account set up.

A £10 deposit (for custom items of £15 or more) must be received before the custom item is made and dispatched. The balance will be due before dispatch.
